Inspiring and supporting your team - Supervise, coach and motivate staff, volunteers and students to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Provide clear direction, constructive feedback and ongoing development so that every team member feels confident and capable in their role. Championing safeguarding - Ensure safeguarding measures are always in place to protect the ladies, making sure that staff understand, follow and uphold policies and procedures that keep people safe. Lead by example in promoting a culture of vigilance and accountability. Building strong partnerships - Promote excellent customer care by
maintaining positive, professional relationships with the ladies' families, health professionals and partner agencies. Ensure communication is open, transparent and respectful at all times. Nurturing relationships - Develop and sustain meaningful, trusting relationships with each of the ladies, recognising their individual personalities, cultural backgrounds and interests.
