You are…
• Driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives
• Experienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities
• An excellent communicator and a good team player
• Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
• Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
  
  42 hours a week (days and nights from 07:45am/pm until 08:00pm/am, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at
Cygnet Ashbrook. Cygnet Ashbrook supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. Individuals are supported to hold their own tenancy agreement with a registered housing association. Individuals who are interested in living here may have previously been admitted within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement within their local community.,
