This is a
warm, active and structured home, where communication goes beyond words. The ladies express themselves through gestures, sounds and expressions - and you'll play a key role in helping them feel heard, understood and supported every day.
Who you will be supporting
The ladies you'll support live full and meaningful lives, supported by strong routines and relationships. They have a wide range of interests and enjoy:

- Day trips, local outings and even
holidays abroad
Support needs include:
- Personal care
- Hoist use (for one individual)
- Wheelchair support (two full-time, one in the community)
- Support with eating and meal preparation
- Medication administration
This is a lively home full of personality, humour and warmth.
What you will be doing
You'll provide consistent, person-centred support, helping each individual live safely, confidently and with choice. Your role will include:
- Supporting
daily routines and personal care
- Preparing meals and supporting healthy lifestyles
You'll be a great fit if you are:
- Patient, calm and caring
- Creative, positive and full of energy
- Values-driven and person-centred
- Confident learning new communication styles
- Comfortable supporting personal care and mobility needs
- Happy to be active, including
swimming and community activities
- Someone who enjoys building strong, meaningful relationships
Experience is helpful, but
not essential - full training will be provided.
