Full Job Description
I am a 19 year old female living at home with family. I need 2 x PAs for 4 hours twice weekly for support to give my parent respite. I use a hoist, some at home training will be given with this if needed. i may need help with food preparation and personal care at times,
- Support and/or prompt with personal care. This may include toileting, showering/bathing, getting in and out of bed, getting dressed.
- Support and/or prompt with cooking/meal preparation and eating meals/drinks.
- Support and/or prompt the individual to take medication. The individuals needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
