Female Support Worker

This is a lone-working role so we're looking for someone who's calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and brings a reassuring presence. Both women use words to communicate and flourish with support workers who are upbeat, motivated, and genuinely enjoy what they do., We're looking for someone who is caring, adaptable and passionate about helping people live great lives. You'll share our values and enjoy building positive relationships with the people we support, their families and colleagues. You'll be:

• Confident supporting people to develop independence and achieve their goals.
• A strong team player with good communication skills.
• Able to respond positively to changing support needs and environments.
• Comfortable using basic IT systems and completing records.
Previous care experience isn't essential - if you share our values and have a positive attitude, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
