About you: In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes, helping them with:



  • Day-to-day tasks like shopping, cooking, cleaning, and budgeting

  • Following personalised support plans and risk assessments

  • Promoting independence and supporting each person's goals and aspirations


You will be part of a dedicated team that values compassion, respect and person centred care. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
