You will also be committed to completing your training, which will include a mix of webinars and face-to-face sessions. There will be some initial weekday availability required to complete this, but we'll work with you as much as possible to make it manageable.

  You will typically work a 15-hour shift on a Saturday with a sleep-in, or there's the option to work a full weekend by working both Saturday and Sunday, with a sleep-in on Saturday night. This is a permanent position with opportunities to pick up overtime if you are looking for extra hours.
This role is all about being present, engaged, and bringing positive energy into each day. Whether it is getting out into the community, sharing laughs, or supporting people to enjoy their independence, no two weekends will feel the same. You will mainly be based in one home but will also have the flexibility to support across other homes locally, giving you variety and the chance to build experience.,
