Full Job Description

You'll support individuals staying in a welcoming six-room respite service for short breaks ranging from weekends to several months. People you support have learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs, and you'll work closely with families to provide tailored care. Activities include zoo trips, swimming, cinema visits, holidays, and community outings. You'll deliver personal care, medication, health-related support (including stoma care, PEG feeding and epilepsy protocols), meal prep, shopping and housekeeping. Day Shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm / Day Sleep-In: 2:30pm - 7:00am (Includes £50 sleep-in) / Sleep-In: 10:00pm - 7:00am (Paid £50 to sleep), An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
