Full Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable live in female support worker to assist a male client living at home with his wife and dog in Elstead, Surrey. The client has a C4/5 spinal injury and experiences low blood pressure, requiring attentive and person-centred care. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one care in a friendly, family-oriented environment. You will be supporting the client with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, while also being a valued companion. What you'll be doing:
- Provide daily support with personal care and mobility
- Assist with managing low blood pressure and monitoring wellbeing
- Support with daily routines and activities at home and in the community
- Drive the client using an automatic vehicle for appointments and outings
- Work collaboratively with the client's family to ensure high-quality care When you'll be working:
- Rolling rota - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
- £127.50 per day on a zero hour contract.
- Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas - minimum 2 weeks on
