Provide home-based care for complex emotional & mental health needs (shifts: 8 hours, varied patterns).
Manage mobility, vital signs, nutrition, companionship & medication.
Ensure reflective, values-driven care in people's homes., Support mobility with basic moving/handling.
Monitor vitals (BP, temp, pulse); prep meals & maintain hygiene.
Offer emotional/financial support; document accurately.

1.5+ years in community/home care, focusing on mental health, autism, learning disabilities & diverse groups.
Full UK driving licence (essential for transport).
PMVA training required.
Strong leadership, communication & empathy under pressure.
Flexible for shifts (nights/weekends/holidays); open to feedback.
Proactive, friendly & committed to compassionate impact.
