Full Job Description
Our Skipton service is a lively supported living service with lots going on. We support 3 lovely ladies who like to go swimming, to musicals and doing arts and crafts. All the ladies have active lifestyles so we are looking for active individuals to support them.

The role
Across all services, we support individuals with learning disabilities who may need help with promoting independence and community participation, therefore you must have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to ensure a consistent approach, and the individuals needs are being met.
You will be working alongside an established and experienced team to support 3 ladies to live as independently as possible.
Staff support the ladies to have active social lives and attend the gym, discos, social events, and attend any medical appointments as required. Supporting with household chores, shopping, and medication management.
Shifts
This is a 24 hour service so shifts may include days, evenings, and sleepovers, across the week and weekend. Staff must have full availability for shifts.
Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.
