Female Relief Care and Support Worker

The Female Relief Care and Support Worker will play an important role within Jewish Cares Retirement Living team at Wohl Court on the Maurice and Vivienne Wohl Campus in Golders Green. This relief position offers £14.80 per hour, providing flexible cover during the day and night, including weekends, as required. Supporting tenants in their own flats, you will help people maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life while providing practical and personal care. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, promoting choice and wellbeing, providing companionship, encouraging social participation and building positive relationships with tenants and their families. You will also work with health and social care professionals, maintain accurate records and contribute to individual care plans. Experience in care is helpful but not essential, as full training and ongoing development are provided.
