Female Personal Assistant / Support Worker

We are looking for a Female Personal Assistant / Support Worker to provide friendly, respectful and practical support to an employer in her home and within the local community This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are necessarily the same. You will be helping with everyday tasks, encouraging independence, accompanying the employer to activities she enjoys and, importantly, providing companionship and reassurance. If you are naturally warm, patient and positive, and enjoy making a genuine difference to someone's quality of life, this could be the role for you. What you will be doing Your role will be varied and will include:

• Accompanying the employer to activities such as yoga, walks and other community activities.
• Encouraging physical activity and community engagement.
• Preparing drinks and meals throughout the day.
• Providing support with toileting needs and reminders.
• Offering companionship through conversation, reading and shared activities.
• Assisting with correspondence, appointments and day-to-day organisation.
• Supporting attendance at appointments and activities within the community.
• Helping with light household tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records and timesheets.
• Keeping family members informed of any concerns or significant changes.
