Full Job Description
We are recruiting a caring and reliable Female Personal Assistant/Carer to support a lady living in the Sunnyhill area of Derby. The role focuses on promoting independence, wellbeing, confidence, and an active lifestyle within a supportive home environment.
- Hours: 6 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday daytime
- Rate: £12.71-£13.50 per hour (dependent on experience and relevant training/qualifications) Main duties
- Support daily routines and structure
- Support with grocery shopping and practical tasks
- Support with meal preparation, breakfast prompts and nutrition
- Provide prompts and encouragement with personal care where needed (she is largely independent)
- Assist with light household tasks
- Accompany to appointments and regular local community activities
- Encourage gentle wellbeing activities such as local walks, yoga, and mindful breathing exercises to support anxiety
