Although I am a wheelchair user, on good days I like to walk around my home using

a rollator. Due to my conditions, I have both good days and bad days, which means

the amount of support I need can vary from day to day.

I share custody of my dog, Luna, with my ex-partner. Luna is 5 years old and can be

quite shy when she first meets people, but once she gets to know you, she will

happily ask for lots of belly rubs and snacks.

I am looking for a caring and reliable Personal Assistant to support me with daily, Preparing meals and assisting with food preparation

Completing light household duties

Accompanying me shopping

Supporting me to attend appointments

Assisting me to access social and leisure activities

Helping me maintain my independence and quality of life

Working alongside other members of my support team

Providing flexible cover for sickness and annual leave where possible

We will use my vehicle for journeys to appointments, shopping trips and days out.
