Female PA to assist with an older lady with Mental Health issues in Monton CR-SCC-001

PA will be required to assist individual with all aspects of Personal care: feeding, dressing, help with toileting, bathing. They use a bath chair.
PA will need to be someone who will enable the individual to live the life the way she chooses.
The PA will need to cook good meals, and do meal preparation. Be a good companion.
Individual prefers slow mornings .

Someone who doesn't mind helping me physically.
Someone who actually wants to be in my company and to just live and be happy.
They can be older but have similar interests.

Roles and Responsibilities
Personal care- In the morning- showering and help with dressing.
Help prepare Breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Help getting ready for bed- around 6pm.
Helping with medication.

Individual can struggle to regulate.

About Me
Individual is independent and she likes good company. The service user always try to live life to the maximum. She can be nervous around new people but once she gets to know someone, she's fine. Individual likes routine . She prefer her house tidy. Individual likes company but sometimes likes her own space. Individual vapes.

The PA needs to be kind and understanding and outgoing . She must have good English as individual has a speech impairment so someone who can tune in is important.
She must have good manual handling and is willing to support her needs in different settings. This requires being adaptable and open minded.

Hourly Rate- £12.71
Hours Per Week- 16
How will the hours be used- Two days week- family are flexible with hours.
