Female PA Support Required 4 HPW, Support Within the Home and Garden - Heanor DE75 -GR-DCC-001

We are looking for a female PA to help support a friendly lady with the maintenance of her home and garden.

The individual requiring support has a history of hoarding. They have recently had a deep clean and a new kitchen fitted so require support keeping on top of cleaning.

Hours and hourly rate:

4 hours per week, £13 per hour.

The 4 hours can be used flexibly between Monday and Friday. Ideally between 9am - 1pm on a Monday and Wednesday.

Additional details:

The individual requiring support does not smoke but the PA is allowed to smoke during working hours.

There are two friendly cats in the home, who are both indoor and outdoor cats.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role involves providing general cleaning and upkeep support across both indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

The individual requiring support has a history of hoarding, they have recently had a new kitchen fitted and a deep clean. A key focus is maintaining the cleanliness of spaces that have already been cleared, ensuring they remain tidy, hygienic, and well-presented over time.

Regular duties will include:

- cleaning and maintaining primary indoor areas, with particular attention to the newly fitted kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and general upkeep of landing areas and other parts of the home as required
- Rotating time effectively between indoor cleaning tasks and outdoor work
- Assisting with the clearing, tidying, and ongoing maintenance of garden areas

Occasional / Ad Hoc Duties:

- Deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning the fridge and oven
- Assisting with trips to the local tip for waste disposal
- Running small errands such as collecting prescriptions or similar items
