Full Job Description
To provide one-to-one support for a child with additional needs by accompanying them into the community, encouraging social interaction, independence, and participation in fun and meaningful activities outside the home., Accompany the child to and from activities such as parks, libraries, soft play, swimming, cinema, or community groups.
Provide supervision to ensure the child's safety at all times.
Encourage positive interaction and help build confidence in social settings.
Support the child in developing life skills (e.g., road safety, communication).
Communicate effectively with the parent/guardian regarding the child's wellbeing and any concerns.
Promote the child's independence while being responsive to their individual needs.

Hours Per Week: 4 hrs p/w 2:1 support in term time + 8 hrs p/w 2:1 support in 8 weeks of school holidays
