Full Job Description

CX905 A female PA is needed for a girl who loves art, music and dancing 4hours per week, HU5 area. A female PA is required for 6yr old girl who is funny, wants to be fiercely independent, is energetic and very determined! She loves role play, art, sensory play, music, dancing, being outdoors, parks, animals and exploring. She enjoys having choices and doing things in her own way. She can be very affectionate and funny when she feels safe and comfortable. She is a sociable, energetic and determined child who loves dancing, parks, sensory activities and days out. A PA would help her access the community and activities she enjoys, while supporting her confidence, safety awareness, communication, physical independence and ability to try new experiences at her own pace. She needs a PA to give her safe, consistent 1:1 support, helping her access the community, taking her out to suitable activities and places while supporting her sensory and emotional needs. No two days are the same, and she benefits from patient, understanding 1:1 support. The ideal PA will be someone who understands autism, ADHD, PDA and additional needs. She is toilet trained but still needs some support and supervision with personal care, particularly dressing/undressing, hygiene and managing clothing, hence the need for a female PA. She also needs close supervision for safety due to her impulsivity, mobility (falls a lot) and tendency to occasionally run off.
