Full Job Description
We are seeking a Night Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living service, supporting tenants to live independently within a safe and connected community.
This is a unique care role focused on enabling individuals to remain in their own homes while receiving the support they need.
Working night shifts from 9:00pm to 7:00am, you will provide practical and emotional support, promote wellbeing, and help tenants maintain independence, dignity, and choice.
The role is based on an average of 37.5 hours per week across a two-week rolling rota.
You will build meaningful relationships, support care planning, and work collaboratively with health and social care professionals.

You will provide personal care, promote independence, and build strong relationships while supporting wellbeing and community engagement.
This role focuses on helping individuals live independently in their own homes rather than in a traditional care home setting. Ideal candidates will be caring, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
