We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Carer's - DRIVER'S ONLY to join our team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to service users in their homes. This position requires a commitment to supporting individuals with their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being., Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting service users with daily living skills and independence
Administering and recording medication (where trained)
Promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion
Supporting with care planning and documentation
Liaising with families and external professionals

6 months experience in the last 2 years
Must be a driver with a car
Eligibility to work in the UK
