Make a Real Impact - Join Our Team at The Elms!Position: Female Assistant Support WorkerLocation: Aylesbury Salary: £26,229 per annumHours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)We are recruiting a Female Assistant Support Worker to join our team at The Elms, a supported living service for people aged 55+ with physical health needs, mental health conditions and learning disabilities.At The Elms, we work together to create a warm, inclusive environment where people feel respected, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleYou will provide person-centred support that makes a real difference, including:Supporting with medication and personal care in a dignified, compassionate wayEncouraging daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingSupporting residents to achieve personal goals and maintain independenceOrganising local activities and community outingsFollowing individual support plans and risk assessmentsBuilding positive, trusting

relationships through collaborative workingWorking Pattern:This role operates on a 4-week rolling rota, with a combination of:Early shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pmLate shifts: 2:00pm to 10:00pmSleep-in shifts - Sleep-in shifts are paid at an enhanced flat rate of £52.78 per shift.Candidates should be flexible and able to work a varied shift pattern, including sleep-ins, as part of the rota.Experience is not essential, but we ask that you hold a care certificate or are willing to undertake a care qualification.Hightown Benefits£26,229 per annum (37.5 hours per week)33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, rising to 35 days with serviceBlue Light Card, access to discounts for national and local retailersWorkplace pension and life assurance (three times annual salary)Annual performance bonus and monthly attendance bonusLong Service AwardsAnnual salary and cost of living reviewOngoing training and developmentEmployee assistance helplineThe successful candidate must always maintain
