We are delighted to offer an exciting development opportunity for a Family & Systemic Psychotherapist to join our dynamic and compassionate multi-disciplinary team within BCUHB's Tier 4 Highly Specialist CAMHS Service. You will work across both the Kestrel Inpatient Ward and Kite - Intensive Community Support Team.

This post is offered as a Band 7-8a progression role, providing the opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner to develop into a highly Specialist (Band 8a) Family & Systemic Psychotherapist role, supported by structured supervision, competency development, and service leadership opportunities.

Support is available from experienced professionals including the Consultant Nurse/Family & Systemic Psychotherapist and Consultant Family & Systemic Psychotherapist, alongside a thriving North Wales Family & Systemic Community of Practice.

Please note there is no requirement for registration under the Mental Health Measure (Wales) for this post.

Qualified (or nearing qualification) in Family & Systemic Psychotherapy

Experience working with children, young people, or families

Commitment to developing specialist skills within a Tier 4 setting

For Band 8a entry (or progression):

Qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist with relevant registration

Experience working with complex presentations in intensive settings

Ability to provide supervision, consultation, and leadership
