Collaborative - You'll work closely with schools, partner agencies, and other professionals to deliver joined-up support. Empathetic & Resilient - You'll bring sensitivity, creativity, and determination to help families overcome challenges and thrive. What You'll Do…

  • Hold a caseload of families and deliver personalised, evidence-based interventions.
  • Undertake early help assessments and co-produce action plans with families.
  • Work as part of a Team Around the Family to provide seamless support.
  • Maintain accurate records and apply analysis to justify decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with families and professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet family needs.

    Family-Focused - You'll work directly with children, young people, and families to understand their needs and create tailored plans that improve outcomes., Level 3 qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience of working directly with children, young people, and families.
  • Strong assessment, planning, and critical reflection skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety.
