Join our dedicated Early Help team at Dudley's Family Hubs in a rewarding role supporting children and families in the community. We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Family Support Worker to deliver practical, strengths-based support. While you will be based at a locality at time you may be required to work across the 5 Family Hubs listed below: Brierley Hill Family Hub Dudley Family Hub Coseley Family Hub Halesowen Family Hub Stourbridge Family Hub As a Family Support Worker, you will: - Provide direct support to children, young people, and families, tailored to individual needs. Supported through completing Assessment and family plans. - Build positive relationships to empower families and promote improved outcomes. - Work collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and community groups to deliver integrated early help. Chairing or supporting Team around the family meetings (TAFs) - Support the development and delivery of workshops, parenting programmes, and community-based activities. - Help families navigate services and access timely support through the Dudley Early Help Strategy. - Uphold safeguarding responsibilities across all aspects of your work. - Contribute to service development and ensure quality support aligned with the continuum of need.
