We couldn't do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for a nurturing, positive and driven Family Support Worker to join our hard-working team, working in partnership with parents, carers, pupils and external agencies to ensure all of our pupils have the opportunity to participate fully in school life. · Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or have similar experience) in a relevant discipline such as childcare, social work, family work etc. · Experience and success of working with parents, carers, pupils and outside agencies. · Able to deal confidentially and confidently with difficult situations and sensitive issues. · Flexible and committed to working with our most vulnerable children and their families. Hours: 15 hours a week over 2 days, ideally Monday and Tuesdays, however could be flexible with this. Working weeks: 39 Salary: M Grade The Manor is a Church of England Primary School based in the heart of Melksham in Wiltshire.
