Full Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Family team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to fee earners in the team.,

  • Managing diaries
  • Opening files
  • Liaising with third parties
  • Taking incoming/making outgoing calls to process new enquiries for the department
  • Completing attendance notes for all calls and making sure they are logged on the relevant client file
  • Providing support across the department, as and when required
  • Creating bundles

    Good administrative and literacy skills
  • A methodical approach to all tasks
  • The ability to work in a team, whilst using your own initiative
  • A flexible attitude
  • Good computer skills
  • The ability to interact with clients in a sensitive and professional manner
  • The ability to understand and discuss complex legal situations with clients and fee earners
