Full Job Description

As a Family Intervention Worker, you will undertake whole family assessments, family plans and chair Team around the Family meetings. Providing high support and challenge, ensuring measurable and improved outcomes for children, young people and adults within the family unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Doncaster Council's Early Intervention and Prevention Service with The Children, Young People & Families Directorate.
