Full Job Description
You'll be based in a Family Help Hub, working directly with children and families who need support. This is a rewarding, front-line role where you'll build strong relationships, act as a consistent point of contact, and help families make positive and lasting changes. In this role, you'll support families with medium to high levels of need, helping to identify challenges early and putting plans in place to improve outcomes for children. Site-Based role This is a Site-Based role, and you'll be expected to work from the designated workplace. - Work within a multi-disciplinary Family Help Hub to build trusted relationships with families
- Carry out assessments to understand the needs and risks for children and families
- Develop and deliver tailored support and intervention plans
- Manage a caseload of families with medium to high levels of need
- Maintain accurate records and produce clear, high-quality reports
- Work closely with partner agencies to deliver joined-up support
- Deliver parenting programmes to support confidence and behaviour management
- Complete regular visits and monitor progress against plans
Has a relevant Level three qualification or equivalent experience - Understands the safeguarding and legislative framework for working with children and families
- Communicates clearly and can build strong, trusting relationships
- Works well as part of a multi-agency team
- Can assess needs, solve problems and develop effective support plans
- Is organised, self-motivated and able to manage a varied workload
- Can write clear records and use systems confidently Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle To be successful in this role, you'll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. If we offer you the role, we'll ask you to provide evidence of your driving licence and vehicle insurance, including cover for business use. We're unable to confirm an appointment until these documents are received. As part of the pre-employment checks, should you be offered the role, we'll carry out an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, (unless you are currently registered with the DBS Update Service).

'Site based' roles can include up to two days a week working from home whilst 'home based' roles are based at home four days a week. Of course, managers designate which category roles are in based on the needs of the service and the circumstances.
