Full Job Description
If you are someone who can build relationships, facilitate meaningful conversations, support families to influence change and you are passionate about working alongside children, young people and families, believe in the value of co-production, and can bring enthusiasm, creativity and a commitment to inclusion, we would love to hear from you.
We welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds, and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong.

This permanent CHSW role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, creating meaningful ways for people to be heard and influence the support they receive. Working with partner organisations, the role will initially focus on building a strong partnership with Jessie May to help ensure family voices are at the heart of future developments.
You'll need to meet the essential criteria for the role, but we recognise that not every candidate is will meet every desirable criterion. If you believe you have the skills, values and potential to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply.
What we offer
Working for CHSW isn't just a job - it's the chance to be part of something truly meaningful. We offer:
33 days' holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service)
Enhanced sick pay (up to 6 months full pay)
Pension scheme with 7% employer contribution
Enhanced maternity/adoption pay and family-friendly policies
Occupational health, wellbeing support and Employee Assistance Programme
Life assurance scheme
Ongoing training and development opportunities
Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility
A supportive, inclusive and values-driven workplace
