Family and Early Years Coordinator

Coin Street Community Builders have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic Family and Early Years Coordinator to join our Community Hub team. The purpose of the role is to deliver engaging activities and support services for children and families, including stay-and-play sessions, crèche provision and one-to-one family support. You will build positive relationships with families, monitor children's progress, undertake outreach within the local community, and work closely with partner organisations to help families access the support and opportunities they need. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, updating database systems and completing digital documentation., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. • A full and relevant Level 3 childcare or early years qualification (or above)
• Experience of working with children aged 0-5 and their families
• Experience of planning and delivering family support, outreach or early years activities
• An understanding of child development and the importance of parent partnership
• Experience of working with a range of professionals and community organisations
• A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Experience of leading, supervising or supporting staff, volunteers or students would be desirable
• Experience using IT, database and other computer based applications

Contract Permanent, Part-Time, 28 hours per week (Monday to Thursday), £26,478 per annum (£33,097 FTE)
