Family Court Advisor

As an FCA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best outcomes for children involved in family court proceedings. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and preparing reports for family court hearings.
• Providing expert advice to the court on matters concerning children's welfare.
• Working collaboratively with parents, children, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies.
• Representing the voice of the child in legal proceedings.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  
  Qualified Social Worker status with a relevant degree (e.g., Social Work, DipSW, CQSW).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in child protection, family law, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building relationships.
