Full Job Description
You will provide essential administration to support to a team of telephone advisers with a range of administrative tasks, including data collection and input, and the preparation, printing and posting of letters and forms We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
- Can complete tasks to the highest quality
- Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
- provide essential administrative and paralegal support to fee earning, assisting with a varied caseload of family & civil law matters Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
- Support Family solicitor with a varied caseload of family law matters
- Provide legal and procedural support through telephone, face-to-face and email contact
- Draft and prepare court documents, applications, statements, correspondence, instructions to Counsel, and hearing bundles as directed.
- Undertake legal and factual research, review case papers and histories, and assist in identifying the most appropriate next steps in each matter.
- Hold a caseload with the support and supervisor of the Family solicitor What we offer in return:
