Falcon MLR Strategy - EU

Experteer Overview In this role you will own MLR quality across Europe for Falcon MLR, an AI-assisted regulatory review platform. You'll collaborate with engineering and product to monitor regulations, improve reviewer alignment, and turn customer feedback into product enhancements. Working in a small, startup-like team inside Veeva, you shape how AI-enabled MLR operates at scale for top pharma companies. • Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across EU markets Lead regulatory monitoring system with engineering and product, and coordinate with other regions Operationalize the reviewer-feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements Investigate, diagnose and resolve why Falcon flags certain content-read agent traces and fix root causes Build processes for handling reviewer questions with users Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows Own quality benchmarks in collaboration with engineering and product Tasks Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma, biotech, or an agency serving one Knowledge of European codes (EFPIA or national codes like ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM) Able to learn dense regulatory material quickly with demonstrable results Experience with AI in daily work and automation of parts of own job Hands-on experience with Vault PromoMats (reviews, annotations, claims libraries) Resident in the EU Key requirements Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave Global Mobile phone & Internet Policy Veeva 1% Giving Fitness Reimbursements Veeva Break
