Faculty Operations Manager

The Faculty Directorate provides strategic and operational leadership across Goldsmiths' academic schools, supporting Executive Deans, Heads of School and academic staff. It supports planning, finance, HR and estates functions, ensuring effective resource management, policy implementation and service delivery while enabling the faculties to achieve their academic and institutional objectives., As Senior Faculty Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate Faculty Operations teams across Goldsmiths' Faculties, supporting strategic and operational priorities. Working closely with senior academic and professional services leaders, you will oversee planning, finance, HR and estates activities, driving effective service delivery, collaboration and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be an experienced higher education professional with strong leadership, financial and operational management expertise. They will demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to support senior academic leaders, manage teams, improve processes, and deliver high-quality services in a complex environment.
