Faculty Medical / Dental Team Leader

The Faculty Medical/Dental Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of administrative processes for Medical and Dental regulated programmes across the Faculty, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and effective support for clinical education activities. The role includes line management of Medical and Dental programmes administrative staff, overseeing workloads, performance and development, and driving a high-quality, consistent service. The post holder will work closely with academic staff, professional services and external partners to ensure effective programme delivery, in line with PSRB requirements. They will also lead on process improvement and undertake project work aligned to Faculty priorities, supporting programme development, regulatory submissions and operational efficiency.
