Full Job Description

To manage the provision of administrative support services for one of two Faculty Service Centres. To support the delivery of a high-quality administrative service that emphasises continuous improvement with the stakeholder experience at its core. Ensuring the provision of a timely and efficient service and ensuring the adoption of common processes and practices in alignment with internal and external regulations and requirements.

The working pattern for this post is full time, however we may be able to consider reduced hours to a minimum of 33.5 hours per week. Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role. Management Teams work on campus 3 days a week minimum, with more time spent on campus during business-critical periods. This would include during Exam/Assessment periods, Boards and Key University wide activities such as Registration, Graduation and Confirmation and Clearing. New starters would be expected to be on campus full time for at least the first 6 weeks, with Line Manager discretion as to when this can be relaxed.
