With the increase in requirements for overhead line towers and substation structures to support the UK's demand for energy distribution, we are recruiting for Factory Operatives to work in our best-in-class manufacturing environment. At our factory in Hereford, you'll have the opportunity to be trained on our state-of-the-art machinery where we've recently invested in excess of £3 million to support the growth of the business, including high-definition plasma cutting machine, fibre laser cutting machine and also three state of the art steel processing machines. This work is carried out on a shift pattern, with a premium payable. Hourly rates for this role, depending on experience, are £13-15 on a base 37.5 hour week contract. Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus, though not mandatory. Mechanical aptitude for efficient machinery operation is preferred, however comprehensive training will be provided.
