Full Job Description
- Assemble, cut, and prepare components for roller shutter doors.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised factory environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
As a Factory Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process of our industry-leading roller shutter doors. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude., Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment. - Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Forklift license (advantageous but not essential).
