• As a Facilities and Utilities Technician, you†ll be responsible for maintaining essential site machinery and services, ensuring uninterrupted production through safe, efficient, and sustainable practices. This day-shift role is vital to keeping our performance, cost, quality, and carbon reduction targets on track.
• You†ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across systems like air compressors, boilers, and chilling units, while supporting continuous improvement and legal compliance. In addition to your hands-on work, you†ll collaborate with teams across engineering, operations, and external partners., Â
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment in line with legal and company standards
• Deliver planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance to avoid downtime
• Provide technical support to line technicians and assist in improving maintenance plans
• Ensure all utilities systems (e.g. power, air, water) are performing optimally
• Support site compliance by managing documentation, schedules, and contractor activities
  
  A technical diploma in electrical engineering, fluid dynamics, or similar (HNC preferred)
• Experience in a utilities or facilities maintenance environment, ideally within FMCG or the beverage sector
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and operational processes
• A proactive, problem-solving approach and a team-focused mindset
