Full Job Description
Reporting to the Facilities and Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining our offices, workshop facilities, systems, and grounds, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and well-presented for colleagues and visitors alike., You will:
Conduct regular inspections, maintenance and testing of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and fire safety equipment.
Perform general repairs such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
Diagnose and resolve building issues, including HVAC malfunctions, plumbing leaks, and electrical faults.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimising downtime.
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all facilities, keeping them safe and in good repair, maintaining common areas, and exterior grounds.
Assist in setting up and rearranging office spaces, furniture, and equipment as needed.
Conduct safety inspections and perform corrective actions to mitigate potential hazards.
Be responsible for the onboarding and general supervision of contractors, ensuring RAMs are in place as required.
Perform preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment and systems are functioning efficiently.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition and are stored properly.
Assist with facility projects, renovations, and installations.
Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance facility operations.
Occasionally travel to other ITI Group sites as required to support facilities and maintenance activities.
Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
Successfully complete all identified training both in-house, and external.
Assist with any other duties reasonably requested and in line with the requirements of the post, including logistics support as required.

Basic proficiency with manual handling equipment.
A full UK driving licence.
