We value teamwork, encourage new ideas and work together across roles and disciplines to solve problems and make things better. You'll work in an environment where no two days are the same, where your contribution really matters, and where you'll be trusted to use your initiative while being supported by experienced colleagues. Above all, you'll be helping ensure our places are safe, welcoming and inspiring for everyone.
What you'll be doing

You'll also help ensure facilities are managed in line with conservation principles, working sustainably and promoting environmentally responsible ways of working. At times, you may supervise others, support volunteers, or take responsibility for specific technical or specialist areas at your site.
We're looking for someone who is organised, practical and customer focused, with a genuine interest in caring for places and supporting others. You'll bring: Experience in a facilities, support services, business support or customer/visitor facing environment. A good understanding of health, safety, fire and security procedures, with a commitment to working safely. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage records, systems and multiple tasks effectively. Confidence working with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and digital tools.
