Facilities Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Facilities Housekeeping Team. You will be based at Crawley Hospital and supporting our Mid Sussex Health Centres. Ideally you would have come from a facilities or housekeeping background and have experience of supervising staff. You will need to lead and motivate your team ensuring a high quality, professional service is delivered to patients and staff at all times.

Skilled Worker visa: going rates for eligible occupation codes - GOV.UK, As Facilities supervisor, you must be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication & IT skills. You will ensure the high departmental standards are maintained & regularly audited and be able to assess workloads and prioritise effectively.

You will support the Team Leader and team undertaking tasks and small projects as required.
