Full Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Facilities Operative to support cleaning and facilities services at our corporate client site. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment across office, kitchen, and welfare areas. You will work as part of a wider team to deliver consistent service standards, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in line with health and safety requirements. What you'll do
- Carry out scheduled cleaning duties across office spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and communal areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site
- Follow health & safety procedures, including safe use of cleaning equipment and materials
- Support the wider facilities team to ensure a consistent and reliable service
- Respond to ad hoc cleaning requests as required
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed in line with site schedules and standards
Previous cleaning or facilities experience is desirable, but not essential - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
- Understanding of basic health & safety practices
- Flexible and willing to support changing priorities
- Good communication skills
