Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 08.30 - 5pm ( 23 hours per week)

Days: 3 days per week (Monday - Friday)

Duration: immediate start for approx. 2 months ( may be extended)

Duties:

Assisting team of staff in moving furniture, setting up rooms and equipment, general labouring,

Litter picking and removal of waste and debris,

Basic handyperson/ property maintenance tasks ( within post holders remit),

ensuring adherence to safeguarding and health and safety.

Experience:

Must have previous property maintenance/ caretaker/ handyperson duties and be able to undertake manual handling tasks.

A valid DBS ( within the past 12 months or part of the update service) is preferred but role will be supervised.

Must be able to work well as part of a team to instructions.

Salary: £13.53 per hour worked
