Full Job Description

Manage and oversee the Trust-wide in house Soft FM services, direct contracts and liaise with the PFI on contracts they provide. Have a wide experience of managing facilities teams and services across all facilities functions and oversee the transformation programme., Line Manager the in house Facilities team, cira 100 part time and full time operational and administration staff at all sites. Provide necessary leadership and support to teams by conducting appraisals within Trust policy. Oversee work in accordance with the requirements of hospital standards including catering, environmental health, National cleaning standards, waste and pest control regulations. Responsible budget holder Develop, Deliver, Maintain and report monthly performance targets.

  • Degree in Facilities management or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of continuous professional development to ensure up to date knowledge across a range of specialisms.
  • Desirable criteria
  • Experience across a multi-site organisation.
  • Experience of working in a similar role
