-Maintain statutory, contractual, health and safety, and safeguarding compliance through regular site visits, audits and accurate record keeping.

-Manage budgets, subcontractors, procurement, variations and additional works to achieve value for money and support contract profitability.

-Coordinate planned preventative maintenance, lifecycle works and projects while minimising disruption to school users.

-Monitor service performance, resolve complaints and produce accurate monthly and ad hoc reports for the client and Contract Manager.

A relevant facilities management qualification, supported by evidence of continuous professional development.

-Some technical knowledge within Mechanical and/or Electrical backgrounds.

-Strong knowledge of contractual compliance, health and safety, utilities and lifecycle management.

What We're Looking For

-Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience of managing budgets and driving operational performance.

-Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

-Some exposure within the Education field.

-Effective leadership, coaching and people-management experience.

-A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
