Facilities Manager

As a Facilities Manager, you will work 37.5 hours per week, where you will be responsible for ensuring the services facilities are fit for purpose, regularly conduct audits to identify and repair any faults. Plan and respond to Planned Preventative Maintenance and emergency calls. As the Facilities Manager you will be an active member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Registered Manager, and work alongside an established team. You will be responsible for all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service and have a proven background with maintenance in similar industries/healthcare settings. As a Facilities Manager you will be: Supporting the completion of PPM checks on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and audits when required. Coordinating and

You need to have experience within a similar role, general building trade experience, and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance.
