Documentation & Audit Readiness - Complete all paperwork accurately and support audits, including closing corrective actions.
Contractor & SOP Management - Manage contractors (RAMS/work orders) and update SOPs to reflect best practice.
Experience - established experience in facilities engineering or a multi-skilled maintenance role within a manufacturing/regulated environment. F-Gas qualification desirable
Fault-Finding - Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic capability.
Health & Safety - Familiarity with H&S regulations, RAMS, and Permit to Work systems.
GMP - GMP experience desirable but not essential.
Regulatory Knowledge - Strong understanding of statutory requirements for building and utility management.
Communication & Digital Skills - Excellent English communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office for KPI tracking and documentation.
Organisation - Highly organised, able to manage a high workload and perform well under pressure.
Competitive Salary - Reflecting your experience and skills.
Bonus & Benefits - Includes a site performance bonus, a pension scheme matching up to 6% and 4 x life assurance. Enjoy private medical insurance, a generous holiday entitlement that increases with tenure, and the option to buy leave.
