Full Job Description
We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Gunby Hall, Tattershall Castle, Sandilands and Monksthorpe Chapel in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love these places. Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license will be required. We have an electric vehicle that you'll be using to travel between the four properties you'll be working at. You'll be using the vehicle on a daily basis to complete maintenance jobs and do inspections. Hours: 18.75 per week. One week you'll work 2 days and the next you'll work 3 days. You can work from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm depending on preference., As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll be making sure that places in the Lincolnshire Coast Portfolio operate as they should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You'll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You'll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
